Find the subscriptions you forgot about. Before the next one charges.

Around 40% of people pay for something they've forgotten. Paste a long list, or your receipts, and SubSlot's on-device AI works out what you're actually paying for — then tracks every renewal and free trial and sends nothing anywhere.

The forgotten ones

Small amounts, different dates, several cards. All on autopay.

More than 40% of people are paying for a subscription they've forgotten about. The average first audit turns up two or three.

A tracker that argues for cancelling, not for collecting.

Savings start here

The Keep-or-Cancel review asks 'still using this?' once per subscription, then returns a cost-per-use and a straight recommendation. It never cancels anything for you, but for around 60 major services it deep-links to the actual cancellation page.

Trials that don't convert quietly

Free trials get their own countdown with 3-day and 1-day alerts. Reminders land days before the money leaves, while cancelling is still free.

Keep control

No bank login. No email account access. No sign-in at all. Everything lives on your iPhone and, optionally, in your own private iCloud. Pro is a one-time purchase — an app about subscription creep doesn't get to sneak you into another one.

Easy to fill in

On-device AI fills merchant, amount, currency, billing cycle and renewal date, trained against real Apple invoices, Stripe receipts, domain renewals and telco bills. 800+ services are pre-loaded with logos and categories, so most adds are one tap.

See the whole household

Assign each subscription to a family member and see what everyone costs individually — who's paying for the second music plan, whose trial is about to convert, and what the family total actually is.

Business or personal, sorted

Mark any subscription as business or personal and flag it as claimable. Filter to just the claimable ones at expense time and export them to CSV for your accountant.

Whatever you're billed in

Track prices in dollars, ringgit, euros and pounds at once. Totals convert to one base currency using European Central Bank rates refreshed twice a day, with an offline fallback. Home Screen and Lock Screen widgets, a renewal calendar, and reminders you set once.

How your subscriptions get in there.

Four ways in, including pasting one long list and letting the AI sort it out. All of it runs on your device — nothing is uploaded to be read.

  1. 01

    Paste a whole list

Dump a long, messy list of everything you think you pay for — one line each, or a wall of text — and the on-device AI works out the merchants, prices and cycles and creates them all at once.

  2. 02

    Share from Mail

Open the receipt, tap Share, choose Track subscription, confirm.

  3. 03

    Scan screenshots

Screenshot your receipt emails, then bulk-scan them all at once. Text recognition runs on-device.

  4. 04

    Paste one receipt

Copy the email body and paste it in. Every parsed field is editable before you save.

Questions

Can I just paste in a list of everything I pay for?

Yes. Paste a long list — one per line or a messy block of text — and the on-device AI figures out the merchant, price, currency and billing cycle for each one and creates them in bulk. Everything is editable before you save, and nothing leaves your phone to be analysed.

Where does the AI run?

On your device. Receipt parsing, list understanding and screenshot text recognition all happen on your iPhone, so your subscriptions are never sent to a server for processing.

Is there an Android version, and other languages?

Android is coming soon, and localisation into 19 languages is on the way. iOS is available today.

Can I track what each family member spends?

Yes. Assign subscriptions to family members and see per-person totals alongside the household total, so it's obvious who's paying for what.

Can I separate business expenses from personal ones?

Yes. Tag any subscription as business or personal and mark it claimable. Filter to the claimable ones and export them to CSV when it's time to file expenses.

Why doesn't it connect to my bank or my email?

Deliberately. Bank linking is where most people stop, and reading your Gmail requires an annual third-party security audit. Instead the app reads your subscriptions four ways that need no account at all: paste a whole list, share a receipt from Mail, screenshot your receipt emails and scan them in bulk, or paste one receipt. All of it happens on your device.

Does it work with more than one currency?

Yes. Each subscription keeps its own currency and totals convert to the base currency you choose in Settings. Rates are European Central Bank reference rates, refreshed twice a day, with a bundled snapshot used offline.

Where is my data?

On your iPhone, and — if you're signed in to iCloud — in your own private iCloud database. There is no server holding it.

What does Pro cost, and is it a subscription?

Pro leads with a one-time purchase. Yearly and monthly options exist if you'd rather pay less up front. Pro adds unlimited tracking, the keep-or-cancel review and CSV export. Reminders, widgets, iCloud sync, screenshot scanning and the share sheet are free.

How do I restore a purchase?

Settings → Restore purchases, signed in with the same Apple Account you bought it on.

How do I cancel a Pro subscription?

iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions. We can't cancel it for you — Apple owns that billing relationship. The app links you there.
